Dr. Melina Scally is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist practicing out of Tarpon Springs, FL. She has worked with individuals aged 10 to 70+ from a diverse range of backgrounds. Her practice works predominantly with mood disorders, such as depression, bipolar, and anxiety, as well as relationships, sexuality, addiction, personality disorders and life changes.

Dr. Shannon Caramiello, Psy.D
Dr Shannon Caramiello is a licensed clinical psychologist that specializes in neuropsychology. Dr. Shay has worked with a variety of presenting concerns, including depression, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder, bipolar disorder, and personality disorders. She has a wide range of knowledge surrounding neurologically involved populations, as well as LGBTQ+ patients.

Amanda Aversa, MA, RMHCI
Amanda is a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern working toward full licensure in the state of Florida. Amanda has experience working with adolescents and adults struggling with depression, anxiety, self-esteem, boundaries, loss, grief, and domestic and sexual violence related trauma.
Dr. Krista Kovatch, MFT, PsyD.
Dr. Krista Kovatch holds a Bachelor’s in Psychology from Saint Joseph’s University and both Master’s and Doctorate degrees in Clinical Psychology from Argosy University. She is currently working toward Florida Licensure under Dr. Shannon Caramiello.
Dr. Kovatch completed a neuropsychology internship at Mount Sinai and post-doctoral training at a private practice. She has expertise in neurodiversity, Autism, childhood development, family dynamics, military populations, and LGBTQ+ patients. Her experience spans inpatient hospitals, community mental health, outpatient clinics, juvenile justice, partial hospital programs, schools, and private practices.

Vanessa Barbara is a dedicated and certified Hypnotherapist practitioner, passionate about helping individuals unlock the potential of their subconscious mind to achieve meaningful personal growth and transformation. With a certification earned in 2020, she blends modern hypnotherapy techniques with personalized strategies to address a wide range of challenges.
Erin Ferns, MA, Doctoral Student in Clinical Psychology
Erin Ferns is a clinical psychology therapy practicum student pursuing a Doctorate (PsyD) at the Florida School of Professional Psychology. She specializes in helping children and teens with anxiety, depression, and emotional challenges. Erin believes in a collaborative, supportive, and non-judgmental approach, fostering a safe and welcoming environment. Her goal is to understand each client's unique experiences and collaborate to achieve their therapy goals for overall mental wellness.
Alicia Fisher
Alicia Fisher is a psychometrist certified in the administration of the Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule (ADOS-2). She completed her bachelor’s degree in psychology at Keiser University. Her approach to assessment includes creating a comfortable environment for clients and encouraging a best-performance evaluation.
Paxton Gray, Evaluation Practicum Student
I am Paxton Gray (he/him/his) and I am a clinical psychology diagnostic practicum student. I am enrolled at the Florida School of Professional Psychology at National Louis University and I am pursuing my Doctorate Degree (PsyD) in Clinical Psychology. I have prior experience working with high-risk youth in foster care, correctional facilities, and low-income communities, as well as working with all populations as a volunteer crisis counselor.
I have a soft spot for those who are struggling with their mental health and enjoy working in the field of psychology. I strive to ensure that everyone I interact with feels empowered to be their true selves without fear of shame or judgement, and have a great deal of experience working with the LGBTQIA+ community. Most of my prior experience was working with teens and children, and particularly those with ADHD, autism, conduct disorder, and PTSD. I am passionate about advocating for the populations I serve both in the office and in the real world, and spend my personal time working with organizations and community leaders to improve the lives of the people I work with.
Kalena Crosby, Evaluation Practicum Student
Kalena is a clinical psychology diagnostic practicum student pursuing her Doctorate (PsyD) at the Florida School of Professional Psychology. She has experience working with clients across the lifespan in diverse settings, including medical facilities, schools, and juvenile detention centers. Kalena is interested in obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), personality disorders, and trauma related to domestic violence. She is dedicated to creating a supportive environment where clients feel comfortable throughout the diagnostic process.
Taylor DellaBella, Doctoral Student in Clinical Psychology
I’m Taylor DellaBella, a clinical psychology therapy practicum student. I am currently pursuing my Doctorate Degree (PsyD) in Clinical Psychology from the Florida School of Professional Psychology at National Louis University.
I have a passion for working with adolescents and young adults who are struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, and other emotional challenges. I also have a special interest in serving the LGBTQ+ community.
I strongly believe that effective therapy begins with creating a safe, welcoming environment where clients feel heard and understood. I am dedicated to fostering a therapeutic space that is free from judgment, where individuals can authentically express themselves.
My approach to therapy is collaborative. I am committed to working alongside my clients to understand and meet their goals. I recognize that the client is the expert in their own experiences, and my role is to support them in their healing journey.
